These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, U.S.A. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in New Jersey.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Redberry: Frozen Yogurt, Smoothies & Bowls. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
